IN THE EVENT OF A MALFUNCTION OF THE LAUNCH VEHICLE, THE DEFINED
AREA MAY BECOME AFFECTED BY FALLING SPACE DEBRIS. IF ATC IS INFORMED
OF A MALFUNCTION, ACTION WILL BE TAKEN TO ADVISE FLIGHT CREW OF
AIRCRAFT OPERATING WITHIN THE DEFINED AREA OR ENROUTE TO THE AREA OF
POSSIBLE DEBRIS. FLIGHT CREW
CAN THEN EXPECT VECTORS OR REROUTINGS TO AVOID THE AFFECTED AREA
UNTIL IT IS CONFIRMED THAT THE AREA IS CLEAR OF ALL FALLING DEBRIS. 
AIRCRAFT ON THE GROUND AT AIRPORTS WITHIN THE PIARCO FIR TERMINAL
CONTROL AREAS WISHING TO DEPART AND HAVE FILED TO OPERATE THROUGH
THE DEFINED AREA CAN EITHER HOLD ON THE GROUND OR EXPECT REROUTINGS
TO AVOID THE AREA. 
ALL OPERATORS ARE ADVISED TO CONSIDER THE ABOVE IN THEIR FLIGHT
PLANNING.
