AIRCRAFT OPERATING ON THE THE FOLLOWING ROUTES SHALL ADHERE TO 
THE SPECIAL EMERGENCY DESCENT PROCEDURE. 
1.APPLICABLE ROUTES 
ROUTE W277, SEGMENT MUMOD-VARSO 
ROUTE W45, SEGMENT SADET-ATMIL 
ROUTE W276, SEGMENT ATMIL-BOVKI 
ROUTE B215, SEGMENT ADBES-AGVUR 
ROUTE W287, SEGMENT AGVUR-MENED 
ROUTE G212, SEGMENT WJC-TONOV 
2.SPECIAL PROCEDURE FOR EMERGENCY DESCENT 
2.1 IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION THAT THREATENS FLIGHT SAFETY, THE 
PIC(PILOT IN COMMAND) HAS THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE ORIGINALLY 
ASSIGNED FLIGHT LEVEL, BUT SHALL IMMEDIATELY REPORT TO THE ATC AND 
WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTION TAKEN.THE SPECIAL PROCEDURE FOR 
EMERGENCY DESCENT SHALL BE: TURN RIGHT 30 DEGREES FROM THE 
AIRCRAFT'S CURRENT FLIGHT TRACK, MAINTAIN THE HEADING TO ESTABLISH 
A 5NM (9.3KM) OFFSET, THEN DESCEND TO THE NEW FLIGHT LEVEL AND 
TURN BACK TO THE ORIGINAL ROUTE BY ATC. 
2.2 IF THE AIRCRAFT IS UNABLE TO COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE 
REQUIREMENTS, THE PIC SHALL ESTABLISH CONTACT WITH ATC AS SOON AS 
POSSIBLE AND

2.3 ONCE THE SAFETY THREAT HAS BEEN RESOLVED, THE PIC SHALL ADVISE
